To participate in the program, you have to join

1. Go to www.diceinnovationportal.com.
2. Click “Sign Up” and create an account. Make sure you enter a valid email address and mobile phone number. Select
   Membership Type                       Higher Educational Institute
   Higher Education Institute       University of Central Punjab
   Focused Initiative 1                     DICE VIC
3. Once you have created the account, log into the portal using “Sign In” link.
4. On the DICE Innovation Portal, select “Submit Innovation/Project”
   
5. This will open a submission form where you enter details about your project.
6. Under Readiness, there are three options. Here’s what they mean:
   Concept Ready ⇒ Idea Stage
   Concept Developed & Tested ⇒ Prototype Stage
   Commercial Implementation Ready ⇒ Revenue Stage
7. Under “Primary Event” select, UCP VIC 2019
   
8. Please make sure you enter a valid email address.
