Qualifying Round Program: Friday, June 14, 2019

Venue: A-Building Lobby & B-Building Lobby

2:00pm – 3:00pm Team set up their booths.
3:00pm – 5:00pm Teams display and judges evaluate.
5:00pm – 5:30pm Participants close their booths
5:30pm – 6:00pm Final Round participants are notified

Final Round Program: Saturday, June 15, 2019

Venue: Auditorium

9:30am – 10:00am Registrations
10:00am – 12:30pm Opening

Competition:

  • Qualifying teams present their ideas, prototypes and businesses on the stage.
  • Q & A
  • Judges evaluate & provide their feedback.
12:30pm – 12:50pm Keynote speech
12:50pm – 1:00pm Break
1:00pm – 1:30pm Award ceremony
1:30pm – 2:30pm Networking & lunch
